If your answer is yes, then you MUST know that at Heydar Aliyev International Airport Baku, the immigration officer may ask you for your business host/associates in Azerbaijan and if you do not answer satisfactorily, your entry in Azerbaijan may become difficult. To avoid facing any such difficulty, we recommend you to start the process before you fly. To start the process, you may just reserve your meeting/appointment with any of our Professional Consultants and get an official confirmation letter from us regarding your proposed business meeting and business plan in Azerbaijan.
If you already have applied Business e-visa Azerbaijan and now coming to Azerbaijan on Business e-visa, we recommend you to have any confirmation letter from your host/associates in Azerbaijan that you will be meeting them to regarding proposed business plans in Azerbaijan. Furthermore, if you plan to stay longer than 15 days in Azerbaijan, then you MUST register yourself with State Migration Services. It is mandatory for all visitors to register with the State Migration Service within 15 calendar days after the arrival if the intended stay is more than 15 days. Failure to register could result in fine and or deportation. You may be stopped from leaving Azerbaijan until the fine is paid.
